Mr. Waystack was in house counsel for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company before establishing the law firm of Cogavin and Waystack in 1988. As the founding partner of Cogavin and Waystack he represents multiple insurance companies and other corporations in the Massachusetts State Courts, the Massachusetts Federal District Court and the Federal Court of Appeals.
