Patricia A. Hartnett is an AV® Preeminent Rated™ attorney, who has concentrated her practice in the defense of complex product liability litigation, class actions, commercial litigation and general tort liability litigation.

Prior to joining Cornell &  Gollub in 1995, Patricia served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Robert B. Kugler in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Patricia represents domestic and foreign corporations and individuals in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
