Kate is an Associate with Cornell & Gollub. Her practice focuses on the defense of professional and product liability, asbestos and other toxic torts, and personal injury. Kate has experience in all aspects of litigation and trial preparation, including depositions, responding to discovery, expert selection and preparation, and motion practice. She has conducted small claims trials and second-chaired several trials in the Superior Court. Kate routinely communicates with clients, co-counsel, and plaintiff’s counsel during the course of litigation to ensure her clients have the best representation possible. She has also counseled various clients in business litigation matters and business formations.

Prior to joining Cornell & Gollub, Kate worked at a Boston firm specializing in professional liability, defending architects and engineers in a wide array of construction matters.

Kate currently is an active member on the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Board for which she serves as a delegate to Middlesex County and co-chair of Development and Membership. In her spare time, Kate enjoys coaching youth soccer and training for marathons.
